Alaska Airlines will resume nonstop flights between Palm Springs and Santa Rosa starting October 26, 2025. The service will operate five times a week using E175 jets, which do not have middle seats. This route connects the desert region of Palm Springs with California’s wine country in Santa Rosa.
The airline is offering a “Wine Flies Free” program for Mileage Plan members on this route. This allows eligible passengers to check a case of wine at no extra cost when flying from Sonoma County airports, including Santa Rosa.
Harry Barrett, Jr., Executive Director of Aviation at Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), commented on the new service: “We’re thrilled to see Santa Rosa return with Alaska, our largest carrier and one of our strongest partners. It’s a perfect match between two world-class destinations known for unforgettable hospitality.”
