Augustine Casino has announced the opening of its redesigned restaurant, Seven Feathers, which will welcome guests starting September 16. The restaurant, formerly known as Cafe 54, has undergone a renovation and now features new menu items and an updated dining atmosphere.

Seven Feathers is named in honor of the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians, recognizing its seven adult members. The restaurant aims to reflect the group’s strength and unity.

Matt Noe, food and beverage director at Augustine Casino, said, “We are incredibly excited to introduce Seven Feathers, where the focus is entirely on expertly crafted dishes, attentive table service, and a truly comfortable and elevated atmosphere. This is more than just a new name; it’s a new standard for dining at Augustine Casino.”

The casino shifted away from buffet service after the COVID-19 pandemic to offer a more personalized culinary experience. With this rebranding effort, guests can expect made-to-order dishes and attentive table service. A collaboration with TKB Bakery & Deli brings additional options to the menu.

Seven Feathers also includes a private event space that can be partitioned for smaller gatherings or celebrations.

The restaurant is located within Augustine Casino at 84001 Avenue 54 in Coachella. Since its opening in 2002, Augustine Casino has focused on serving Coachella Valley residents with casual dining experiences at both Seven Feathers and Menyikish Grill.
