Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is set to hold its first event at Acrisure Arena in Greater Palm Springs on Saturday, November 15. The headline match will feature BKFC Light Heavyweight World Champion Josh ‘D-Day’ Dyer facing off against David ‘The Redneck’ Mundell, who currently holds the BKFC Middleweight World Champion title.
“BKFC is thrilled to announce our fifth event in Southern California with our biggest local event at one of the premiere new venues in the world,” said David Feldman, Founder and President of BKFC. “David Mundell and Josh Dyer are two of the toughest and most skilled athletes in global bare-knuckle fighting, they’ve each been demanding this fight and fans on November 15 will witness one of the very best fights that can be made in combat sports.”
Feldman added, “Additionally, we’ll be announcing a stellar lineup of fights promising an outstanding evening for fans in attendance and those watching on DAZN. With huge crowds and sellouts of our events all over the world, I strongly encourage fans to purchase tickets in advance.”
Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday, October 17 at 10:00 AM local time. Information about ticket purchases is available at BKFC.com as well as through the Ticketmaster Box Office at Acrisure Arena and online via www.Tickemaster.com.
BKFC is based in Philadelphia and led by President David Feldman. It was the first organization allowed to host a legal, sanctioned bare knuckle fighting event in the United States since 1889. The promotion uses a specific rule set designed to focus on fighter safety while maintaining ties to the historical roots of bare knuckle fighting.
