Beaumont woman dies after incident on Ramona Expressway in San Jacinto

A 47-year-old woman from Beaumont, identified as Cynthia Medina, died on August 5, 2025, following an incident on the Ramona Expressway west of Sanderson Avenue in San Jacinto. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office-San Jacinto is conducting the investigation.

According to information released by the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, Medina sustained injuries at approximately 4:11 p.m. and was pronounced dead seven minutes later at the same location. Her next of kin have been notified.

The case is listed under coroner’s file number 2025-06091 and investigation number I252170066. The release states: “For further information refer to investigating agency.”

No additional details about the circumstances of the incident were provided in the statement.
