Cal State San Bernardino (CSUSB) has opened its undergraduate application period for the Spring 2026 term. The university encourages early applications, as space is limited and classes will begin in January.

Applicants can choose from a range of non-impacted majors such as psychology, criminal justice, and kinesiology-allied health. The social work program will only accept freshman applicants during this cycle. Impacted programs, including nursing, will not be available for spring admission.

Prospective students are directed to submit their applications through the Cal State Apply webpage.

Financial support is available to help students fund their education at CSUSB. Options include grants, scholarships, and work-study opportunities. Students who qualify may receive up to $1,000 in grant funding for enrolling in the Spring 2026 term.

CSUSB offers more than 70 degree programs at the baccalaureate and master’s levels, along with credential, certificate, and doctoral options across five colleges and its Palm Desert Campus. These include:

– College of Arts and Letters: Offers hands-on opportunities in facilities like Coyote Radio and a new Performing Arts Center scheduled to open in the 2025-26 academic year.
– Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration: Known for practical experience and ethical leadership training; features nationally recognized programs such as its MBA program and Cybersecurity Center.
– James R. Watson and Judy Rodriguez Watson College of Education: Accredited teacher preparation programs with a doctoral program ranked among the best nationally.
