The Cathedral City State of the City event recently announced its award winners for the year. Among the recipients were Sandy Jimenez from NBC Palm Springs/Univision, who received the Volunteer of the Year award. The Cathedral City Senior Center was recognized as the Non-Profit of the Year, while Agua Caliente Cathedral City was named Business of the Year.
