The city has categorized its projects based on their current stage—”Under Construction,” “Building Permit Review,” “Planning Approved,” and “Planning Review”—each with a dedicated tab at the top of the page that filters out projects not in that particular stage. An additional “All Projects” tab allows users to view all ongoing projects; clicking on it displays a satellite map showing all project locations.
Further details provided for each project on the Desert Hot Springs Community Development page include a description, location, permit number, and contact name and email address. These descriptions specify each project’s purpose, square footage, and number of units (if applicable).
