The City of La Quinta has announced a surplus equipment sale open to the general public. Interested buyers can access a full listing of the surplus items and bid forms by visiting the City of La Quinta Finance Department or contacting JDelgado@LaQuintaCA.gov. Those wishing to view the available items can schedule an appointment by calling (760) 777-7150.

All items being sold are stated to be in poor condition and are sold “as is” with no warranty, as highlighted by the announcement. Bidders are reminded to include the inventory number on their bid forms and submit their sealed bids to the City of La Quinta City Clerk’s Office by Friday, March 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and marked clearly with the words “surplus bid” for acceptance.

The bids will be opened at the City Hall lobby on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 8:15 a.m., providing an opportunity for potential buyers to participate in the auction.
