The Coachella Valley Firebirds have announced several new initiatives for the 2025-26 season aimed at improving the game day experience for fans. The changes come after the organization reviewed feedback from its first three seasons.

John Page, Senior Vice President of Acrisure Arena and the Coachella Valley Firebirds, said, “As we reviewed feedback from our first three seasons, we identified several areas where we could further enhance the fan experience by making some adjustments to our operations. We dedicated time to creating improvements in key areas such as our sales program, food and beverage operations, parking program, and more. We believe these changes will resonate with fans and enable more people to access and enjoy Firebirds home games.”

One significant change involves parking at Acrisure Arena. Fans who purchase parking in advance through the ParkWhiz app can use the general Main Lot for $20, while rates will be higher on game days. Page explained, “Parking price was a primary area of concern for our fans so it was important to adjust parking costs for the new season, which will create a better experience for all fans. Working with fans to help pre-plan their game day experience will allow us to better streamline gameday parking logistics.”

The team is also adjusting weekday game times to a 6:30 p.m. puck drop for Monday through Thursday games. This earlier start allows attendees to participate in mid-week happy hour events at The Oasis (formerly The Patio) beginning at 5:30 p.m. The Oasis will offer live entertainment and rotating food and beverage options throughout the season. Fans can expect $5 draft beer, $10 wine, various menu items under $10, combo meals, pop-ups from local restaurants, and additional affordable options available at concession stands during hockey events.

Ticketing options are expanding as well. Packages now include full season tickets, premium seating options, half-season plans featuring theme nights and promotional events, as well as an expanded selection of 9-game plans that provide savings and membership benefits across different matchups during the season.

Page added, “We recognize that not every fan can commit the same amount of time or budget to the season, so it was important to develop other ticket packages that are inclusive of primary theme and event nights while also offering a mix of key match ups, community events and more as part of the experience.”

Fans interested in group tickets can take advantage of special pricing for groups of ten or more. Individual game tickets go on sale September 9; however, becoming a Season Ticket Member offers access to premier seating locations and exclusive benefits.

For those seeking premium experiences at games, a limited number of seats have been released in exclusive club sections within Acrisure Arena for the first time in three years. These clubs offer VIP amenities and inclusive food options.
