The 16th Annual Day of the Young Child is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, at Veterans’ Memorial Park in Coachella. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is free to attend. Activities include a trackless train, petting zoo, special guests, and various interactive opportunities for children.

This event is organized by the City of Coachella with support from the Riverside County Office of Education, Inland Empire Health Plan, Lakeshore Learning Store, College of the Desert, and Coachella Valley Unified School District.
