Fantasy Springs Resort Casino announces holiday dining specials for Christmas Eve and Day

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will offer special dining menus for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at its restaurants Bistro, POM, and Fresh Grill Buffet. The holiday menus are available on December 24 and 25, 2025, with dishes created by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger’s culinary team.

At Bistro, the Christmas Eve menu features Lobster Pasta Carbonara with Caribbean lobster tail and Maine lobster meat. On Christmas Day, guests can order Bourbon-Honey Glazed Alaskan Halibut with rock shrimp risotto and grilled vegetables. Dinner service runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and reservations are recommended.

POM will serve Seafood Linguini Alla Vodka on Christmas Eve, including lobster, shrimp, scallops, linguini in a vodka rosé sauce. On Christmas Day, Miso-Soy Glazed Chilean Sea bass is offered with braised Yukon gold potatoes and Blue Lake beans Amandine in a lemon-herb butter sauce. Hours are noon to 11 p.m., also with reservations suggested.

The Fresh Grill Buffet provides a range of brunch and dinner options on Christmas Day. The buffet includes made-to-order breakfast items such as omelets and waffles; salads; soups; a seafood display featuring crab legs, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, and oysters; carving board selections like prime rib and honey-glazed ham; New York strip steaks; roasted lamb; baked salmon; international dishes; holiday sides; desserts including a chocolate fountain and pastries; sugar-free choices are also available. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., dinner from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., or from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pricing is $49.99 for adults, $39.99 for children ages three to ten years old, while children two years old or younger eat free.
