The Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is offering special dining and entertainment options to celebrate New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The culinary team, led by Chef Freddy Rieger, has crafted unique menus for the occasion at several of the resort’s dining venues, including Fresh Grill Buffet, POM, and Bistro.

On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy a Surf & Turf dinner at POM featuring an espresso-rubbed filet mignon paired with a Caribbean lobster tail. The meal is priced at $80 per person and will be served from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. At the Bistro, diners can savor a USDA prime boneless rib-eye steak with a broiled Caribbean lobster tail for $95 per person, available from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made via telephone or online.

Fresh Grill Buffet offers an extensive selection of dishes including grilled shrimp and chicken Caesar salad, Ahi tuna tartare, chilled seafood like Alaskan crab legs and oysters on the half shell, as well as carving board specialties such as roast prime rib of beef. The buffet is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., costing $49.99 for adults and $39.99 for children aged 3-11.

For New Year’s Day brunch at Fresh Grill Buffet, patrons can enjoy breakfast items like omelets made to order and eggs Benedict alongside dinner offerings such as soups, salads, chilled seafood choices like Alaskan snow crab legs, and chef’s specialties including grilled-to-order New York strip steaks. Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by dinner service until 9 p.m., with pricing similar to the previous day.

Entertainment options include dancing at LIT with performances by DJ Nano, DJ Slim, and Bootie Quake in a nightclub setting where admission is free for those over 21 years old. Alternatively, guests can visit twelve for panoramic views while enjoying music by Steel Rod and other performers starting at 5 p.m., also free of charge for attendees aged 21 or older.

Party favors will be distributed at both venues while supplies last.
