Fatal traffic collision claims life of motorcyclist in Lake Elsinore

On July 22, 2025, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to a major injury traffic collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle at Riverside Drive and Lehr Drive in Lake Elsinore. Upon arrival, deputies found the motorcyclist unresponsive. Lifesaving measures were initiated by deputies and continued by Cal Fire Paramedics, but the motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation is being led by the Lake Elsinore Station’s Traffic Team. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, and it has been determined that alcohol or drugs were not involved in the collision. The Riverside Sheriff’s Coroners Bureau will release the identity of the deceased after notifying their next of kin.
