Firebirds announce community events, ticket promotions during Calder Cup Playoffs

The Firebirds have moved forward to the second round of the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs, where they will compete against the Abbotsford Canucks. The series, taking place in a best-of-five format, is set to start on Thursday, May 1st at Acrisure Arena. In anticipation of the upcoming games, the Firebirds have organized several community pop-up events aimed at boosting local excitement and fostering a sense of support under the banner “Rally The Valley.”

Fans can partake in these pop-up events, which will feature giveaways including merchandise and tickets, and appearances by Firebirds players and personalities. Each event is scheduled to run from 5 p.m. PT to 8 p.m. PT or until all supplies are exhausted. The schedule is subject to change without notice.

The Box Office at Acrisure Arena offers fans the chance to purchase tickets without incurring online fees. Meanwhile, the Firebirds Team Store, located at The Patio outside Acrisure Arena, provides an opportunity to purchase playoff merchandise and discounted regular season items.

An “Exclusive Media Offer” extends gratitude to media professionals covering Firebirds events by offering an exclusive discount, encouraging media participation in the postseason excitement.

The second round series schedule includes games on:
– May 1st, 7:00 p.m. PT, at Acrisure Arena
– May 3rd, 6:00 p.m. PT, at Acrisure Arena
– May 7th, 7:00 p.m. PT, at Abbotsford Centre
– May 9th, 7:00 p.m. PT, at Abbotsford Centre (if necessary)
– May 11th, 7:00 p.m. PT, at Abbotsford Centre (if necessary)

The 2025 Postseason is presented by Spotlight 29 Casino.

Several ticket promotions are available for fans, such as a 35% discount inspired by the Firebirds’ AHL All-Rookie goaltender Nikke Kokko. Group tickets are also available, offering special discounts to groups of 10 or more. Programs for the next season’s tickets and premium seating options provide additional choices for fans to experience the games.
