Firebirds announce pop-up events to promote Calder Cup Playoffs across Coachella Valley

The Firebirds have secured a spot in the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs for the third consecutive season. To mark this achievement, the team is organizing several pop-up events across the Coachella Valley aimed at fostering excitement for the postseason.

The scheduled community events will offer merchandise and ticket giveaways and feature appearances from players and personalities associated with the Firebirds. Each event is planned from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. PT, although times are subject to change based on circumstances.

The events kick off on Thursday, April 17th, at the Playoffs Sports Lounge in Desert Hot Springs, California. Subsequent gatherings are planned for Monday, April 21st, at Burgers & Beer in La Quinta, Thursday, April 24th, at another Burgers & Beer location in Rancho Mirage, and on Friday, April 25th, at The Shops at El Paseo in Palm Desert.

The Firebirds are actively encouraging fans to share event photos via social media, tagging @Firebirds and using the hashtag #FiredUp.

For those looking to witness the playoff action in person, tickets for the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs, presented by Spotlight 29 Casino, are currently available. Although specific game dates and opponents haven’t been finalized, the team encourages fans to secure their seats promptly for a chance to enjoy the postseason excitement.

The Firebirds also plan to celebrate Fan Appreciation Night on April 18th during their final regular season game, which kicks off at 6 p.m. PT. This event is sponsored by Acrisure.
