Jani Nyman scored the game-tying goal with 8:32 remaining in the third period, while Ben Meyers secured the win with an overtime goal. This victory marks the Firebirds’ 23rd win of the season.
The two teams are set to face off again on Saturday night in Cedar Park, TX, with the game scheduled to start at 5 pm PT.
