The Firebirds secured a victory against the Ontario Reign with a final score of 4-3 at Toyota Arena on Friday night. Jagger Firkus played a key role, scoring one goal and providing two assists, which contributed to the Firebirds’ current record of 5-5-0-0. Goaltender Nikke Kokko made 12 saves out of 15 shots, marking his fourth win this season.
The team will return home for Military Appreciation Night on Sunday, November 10th. The event is presented by Spotlight 29 Casino and will honor the 80th anniversary of World War II. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for the game, which starts at 3 pm PT.
