First Tee Coachella Valley will host a PositiviTee No Boundaries Open House on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Golf Center at Palm Desert. The event is open to families, golfers, and community members interested in learning about adaptive golf programs.

Teal Thron, Chief Executive Officer of First Tee Coachella Valley, said, “Our PositiviTee No Boundaries class is about opening doors and making sure every participant feels seen, supported, and capable. Golf is a game that teaches patience, courage, and connection. This open house is a chance for families to experience that welcoming spirit firsthand and see how adaptive instruction helps every golfer grow in their own way.”

The open house aims to introduce the PositiviTee No Boundaries class through hands-on activities. The program is designed for participants of all abilities and encourages families, caregivers, and friends to attend regardless of prior golf experience.

The PositiviTee No Boundaries class focuses on making golf accessible by providing adaptive instruction and life skills development. Participants learn the fundamentals of golf along with lessons in confidence, perseverance, and teamwork. The environment emphasizes support and empowerment both on and off the course.

Attendance at the No Boundaries Open House is free. Community members interested in adaptive golf or inclusive recreation are invited to participate.
