The Firebirds secured a victory against the Abbotsford Canucks with a final score of 4-3 on Saturday night at Abbotsford Centre. Cale Fleury played a crucial role by scoring a powerplay goal with just 36 seconds remaining in regulation, helping the team achieve their fifth consecutive win and improving their record to 8-5-0-0.
The Firebirds will return home for Hockey Fights Cancer Night this Wednesday, November 20th, facing off against the Colorado Eagles. The event also features $5 beer night. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, with the game scheduled to start at 7 p.m. PT.
