Greater Coachella Valley Chamber announces political endorsements for local elections

The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee (GCVC PAC) has announced its endorsements for the upcoming elections. The committee has thrown its support behind several incumbents and new candidates across various districts.

In the State Assembly District 47, Greg Wallis, who is seeking re-election, has received the endorsement. For the State Senate District 23, incumbent Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh has been endorsed by the GCVC PAC.

At the city council level in Coachella, incumbents Denise Delgado, Dr. Frank Figueroa, and Steven Hernandez have secured endorsements. In Desert Hot Springs, current officeholders Scott Matas and Roger Nunez are backed by the committee along with Dirk Voss.

For Indian Wells City Council, Brian Penna joins incumbents Greg Sanders and Toper Taylor as endorsed candidates. In Indio, Ben Guitron is supported by the GCVC PAC.

La Quinta’s City Council sees incumbents Linda Evans, Kathleen Fitzpatrick, and Steve Sanchez receiving endorsements from the committee. Lastly, in Palm Desert, incumbents Kathleen Kelly and Gina Nestande are joined by Chris Scott as endorsed candidates.

These endorsements reflect the committee’s confidence in these individuals to represent their respective communities effectively.
