INDIO, CA – Statewide Services, a prominent construction company in Southern California, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its latest project — Skyline at Bliss & Oasis — at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 30th in downtown Indio. The community is invited to attend the event, which will feature remarks by local civic and business leaders. Complimentary light snacks and beverages will be provided by on-site vendors.

“Surrounded by exciting new businesses, restaurants and educational facilities, alongside vibrant art and attractions, Skyline at Bliss & Oasis will help usher in a new era of style, sophistication and authenticity to the revitalized downtown district,” said Statewide Services President Oscar Lua. “Statewide Services is extremely proud to be bringing this $25,000,000 project to the city I grew up in, and we believe it will be a cornerstone of the community for years to come. You’re home at Skyline at Bliss & Oasis.”

The forthcoming 64-unit mixed-use apartment complex will be located on the corner of Bliss Avenue and Oasis Street in downtown Indio. The property is adjacent to Indio City Hall and the Indio Public Library, both undergoing extensive renovations. It is also near educational institutions such as The Children’s Place Child Development Center and College of the Desert’s East Valley campus.

Prospective residents can choose from studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with amenities including smart tech in all units, a fitness center, resort-size pool, outdoor barbecues and gated parking. The project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
