Hemet police investigate roadway death of Kenneth Lauer

The Hemet Police Department is currently investigating the death of a 75-year-old male, Kenneth Lauer, who resided in Hemet, California. According to the coroner’s report, Mr. Lauer passed away on June 28, 2025, at approximately 5:41 PM. The incident occurred just five minutes prior to his time of death on eastbound Domenigoni Parkway, roughly 375 feet west of State Street in Hemet.

Mr. Lauer’s family has been notified about his passing. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death is being conducted under Investigation #2025-4259 by the Hemet Police Department.
