The California Highway Patrol-San Gorgonio Office is investigating the death of Christopher Shick, a 33-year-old resident of Hemet, California. Shick was pronounced dead at 11:29 PM on June 14, 2025. The incident occurred at the intersection of Yale Street and Acacia Avenue in Hemet.

According to official records, both the time of injury and death were documented on the same day, with the injury occurring at approximately 11:15 PM. The case has been assigned investigation number 9655-2025-00987 by the agency.
