The City of Indio has introduced new online tools to facilitate the reporting and resolution of local issues by residents. Public Works concerns, such as damaged sidewalks, faded signage, and streetlight outages, can now be reported directly through an online platform.

Additionally, Code Enforcement issues including graffiti or vandalism, abandoned or inoperable vehicles, and illegal dumping or debris on private property can continue to be reported. Residents are encouraged to visit the city’s website for more information: https://www.indiopd.org/…/complaint-and-communication

City officials emphasize that whether residents are reporting a safety hazard or a neighborhood nuisance, each report aids city staff in responding swiftly. This initiative aims to maintain Indio as a safe, clean, and vibrant community.
