The On-the-Job Training (OJT) program offers businesses an opportunity to ease the financial burden of hiring and training new employees. Through this initiative, companies can receive up to 50% wage reimbursement for new hires during their training period.

According to the program’s promoters, it allows businesses to train employees in the skills specific to their needs while helping offset associated costs. The OJT program is designed to save money on hiring and training expenses, provide control over the hiring process, and simplify administrative procedures by handling the details.
