Palm Springs Power hosts City Night featuring free tickets for residents

The Palm Springs Power will host City of Palm Springs Night on Friday, June 21 at Palm Springs Stadium. The first pitch is scheduled for 7 PM with gates opening at 6 PM.

All residents of Palm Springs will receive a free Power ticket, which includes general admission seating along with a hot dog, soft drink, chips, and a drink koozie. Residents must provide identification at the stadium ticket office to receive their ticket.

The event is presented by the City of Palm Springs and Organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs (ONE-PS). The ceremonial first pitch will be thrown by Palm Springs City Manager Scott Stiles. The undefeated Power will face the San Diego Waves in the first-ever CPCL showdown between the two squads.

Power Baseball and the City of Palm Springs have maintained a partnership for over 21 years, promoting success both on and off the field at Palm Springs Stadium. This relationship has been instrumental in engaging local fans, businesses, and the Coachella Valley community.

The City of Palm Springs is also the presenting sponsor of the Power’s annual July 4th post-game fireworks show that attracts thousands of fans each year to Palm Springs Stadium. Tickets for the Fourth of July celebration are available online.

The Palm Springs Power is a summer collegiate baseball team playing all games at Palm Springs Stadium. The team is a member of the California Premier Collegiate League and was its inaugural champion in 2023. Since its inception in 2004, Palm Springs has won nine league championships in 19 seasons.
