Perris Sheriff’s Station leads arrests after retail thefts in Riverside County

On July 11, 2025, deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station responded to a grand theft report at a business on N. Perris Boulevard in Perris. The Robbery and Burglary Suppression Team (RBST) took over the investigation and found that the suspects were also involved in another grand theft at a business in Corona the previous day. Investigators identified both the suspects and their vehicle.

On August 27, 2025, search warrants were served with assistance from several law enforcement groups, including Perris Special Enforcement Teams, Perris Station Investigations Bureau, Homeless Outreach Team, Gang Task Force – Regions 6 & 7, San Bernardino Police Department, and Rialto Police Department. Locations searched included addresses in Fontana, Rialto, and San Bernardino.

Authorities recovered evidence related to the thefts as well as an unregistered firearm, brass knuckles, and illegal fireworks during these operations.
