Congressman Ken Calvert, representing California’s 41st district, has been sworn into the 119th Congress. Following his swearing-in, Rep. Calvert released a statement highlighting the priorities he intends to focus on during his term.

“The Riverside County voters who sent me to the House of Representatives are desperate for policy solutions that will make their lives more affordable, create more economic opportunities, secure our borders, and defend our nation,” stated Calvert. He emphasized his commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues from both parties to address these issues.

Calvert also noted the upcoming challenges as President Trump prepares to begin his second term in office. “In just over two weeks, President Trump’s second term in office will begin with many challenges that need to be addressed,” he remarked.
