A 31-year-old Hispanic male died on August 2, 2025, while in custody at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. The individual was being held at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, specifically in Housing Unit 16, Cell 91. The manner and cause of death are currently pending investigation. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office is managing the case under number 2025-06032.

The deceased was booked at the time of death. Further details about the circumstances surrounding the incident have not yet been released.
