Riverside County Sheriff schedules estate property auction for August 20

The Riverside County Sheriff Public Administrator is preparing to hold an online auction to sell property from estates of county residents who have died. These auctions are organized to liquidate assets such as household items, appliances, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, coins, art, tools, computer equipment, vehicles and recreational vehicles.

The upcoming event is set for Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Online bidding will start at 10:00 a.m. under the title “Riverside Public Administrator August Auction 2025.”

A preview of the items available for auction can be arranged in person by appointment on August 20 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the Riverside County Sheriff/Public Administrator location at 800 S. Redlands Ave., Perris, CA. The preview will be managed by I-15 Auctions dba Bid Fast and Last.

According to the announcement: “Please note this auction will be held online only. Items sold in the auction can also be previewed and purchased now online at Bid Fast and Last.com”
