The Shops on El Paseo in Palm Desert, California, is preparing for the grand reopening of three popular stores this fall. Chico’s, Soma, and White House Black Market will each unveil new storefronts on September 12, 2025. The event will include exclusive offers and giveaways. The first 50 customers at each store will receive a $50 gift card. Additionally, loyalty program members can earn triple points on purchases during the event. Enrollment in the program is free and available in-store.
Fred Fern, Manager of The Shops on El Paseo, expressed enthusiasm about the reopening: “Chico’s, Soma, and White House Black Market are longtime favorites, and we’re thrilled to welcome them back in their new spaces just in time for the fall season.” He emphasized that the event celebrates both the community and the growth of businesses at The Shops on El Paseo.
The reopening coincides with recent improvements to roads and sidewalks along El Paseo, enhancing accessibility for visitors. Complimentary curbside parking is available alongside additional parking behind stores and restaurants.
In addition to these openings, an expanded Vuori store will soon reopen. It will offer a broader range of performance apparel designed for both men and women.
