The SoCal Battle of the Badges charity boxing event will take place at the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on January 15, 2026. The competition will feature police officers, firefighters, correctional officers, and military personnel competing in a series of boxing and Muay Thai matches.

Organized by Cops 4 Kids & Communities, the event aims to support mentorship, educational, and recreational programs for at-risk youth throughout Southern California. All proceeds from the event will go toward these community initiatives.

Jeff Penn, Director of Cops 4 Kids & Communities, said: “The SoCal Battle of the Badges is more than just a fight night, it’s a celebration of community. People can expect exciting boxing and Muay Thai bouts featuring first responders, military personnel, and members of the community stepping into the ring for a great cause. What makes this event so special is the family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a chance to cheer, connect, and be inspired while knowing the proceeds support Cops 4 Kids & Communities. After 29 years, Battle of the Badges has become a tradition that brings people together and creates lasting memories.”

Tickets for the event will be available starting September 26 through the Fantasy Springs Box Office by phone or online at www.FantasySpringsResort.com.

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino hosts various entertainment options including gaming facilities with over 1,800 slot machines and table games. The venue also offers dining options and golf at Eagle Falls. Fantasy Springs is operated by the Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians.
