The mayor of Palm Springs will be there to open the conference Thursday night!
This year’s main keynote speaker is Gil Carrillo, the lead investigator on the Night Stalker case. Gil is a 40-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and recently began working as a homicide and police technical advisor for various television and movie productions. Gil has starred in multiple Netflix and TV Documentaries to include "Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer," "Horror at the Cecil Hotel," "Forensic Firsts," "Born to Kill," "Crime Stories" and "The New Detectives: Case Studies in Forensic Science." Gil is also a frequent guest on the George Lopez podcast.
