Agua Caliente Casinos, an award-winning entertainment destination with three Coachella Valley properties spanning Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs and Cathedral City, jumps into Spring showers with festive Easter menus available on Sunday, April 9. Guests looking to enjoy the holiday without cooking or cleaning can savor specials at The Steakhouse Palm Springs, The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage, Café One Eleven, Waters Café, Java Caliente, 360 Sports, and Pívat Cigar Lounge, or can order Easter To-Go to enjoy at home.

For $225, Easter To-Go includes an entire chef-prepared meal from the appetizer to the dessert, with curbside pick-up at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. It feeds six-to-eight people. The meal includes:

  • A honey glazed ham with maple Dijon glaze
  • Broccoli cheddar soup
  • White and wheat dinner rolls
  • Baby lettuce salad with strawberries, julienne marinated red onions, candied walnuts, feta cheese, and poppyseed dressing
  • Three cheese scalloped potatoes
  • Orecchiette pasta with ratatouille cut vegetables and crispy diced pancetta in a red arrabbiata sauce
  • Brown butter glazed carrots
  • Spiced rum pineapple relish
  • One dozen assorted Easter cupcakes

The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage and The Steakhouse Palm Springs celebrate Easter with elegance on Sunday, April 9. At The Steakhouse Rancho Mirage, indulge in brunch specials from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., including an appetizer of the grilled peach caprese for $16 with local burrata cheese, heirloom tomato, baby arugula, Meyer lemon and basil vinaigrette, toasted pistachios, opal basil, and sea salt. The pan seared lamb for $48 rocks the menu and features green garlic and spring pea puree, sautéed golden chanterelles, agave glazed carrots, and lamb and tarragon jus. Sweeten brunch with a springtime Meyer lemon tart for $11, which includes blueberry mascarpone, candied lemon and a hibiscus reduction. Meanwhile, The Steakhouse Palm Springs is serving up Easter brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., and dinner from 5 – 10 p.m. for $85. It begins with Dijon deviled eggs, with chives, smoked paprika and a salmon caviar roe and continues with a choice of the lobster bisque with a puff pastry and crème fraîche or the local mixed greens pomegranate salad featuring fresh organic local mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, sliced fennel, sliced radish, goat cheese, pomegranate dressing, and candied pecans. The entrée is the oven roasted herb chicken served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, haricot vert beans, Earth exotic baby carrots, and a chicken Ju dripping sauce. For dessert, The Steakhouse is dishing up something springtime fresh – a sliced local fruit platter with a homemade cream sauce. Reservations are highly recommended. The calm, cool and collected Waters Café at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage will offer a traditional Easter meal of slow roasted leg of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes, mint jus and sautéed shallot spinach for $32. Guests can also choose the rainbow trout with crab meat and vegetables with a lemon butter sauce, roasted herb pee wee potatoes, and the citrus salad for $32. Waters Café is open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Reservations are not required.

On Easter Day at Pívat Cigar Lounge, purchase any cigar and receive a draft beer for $4 or the “Drink of the Month” special, the Blondie Margarita, which features muddled strawberries, Avion tequila, triple sec, mango puree, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour, rimmed with tajin. The Pívat Easter special is available from 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. on April 9. Reservations are not required.

Also at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage inside of Java Caliente is the festive Easter Bunny Frappuccino available for the month of April, starting at $6, which combines a delicious blend of coconut milk, strawberries, latte powder and strawberry syrup, topped with whipped cream and dried strawberries.

At Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, pick from two options: dine-in or curbside pickup for $55 per person at Café One Eleven. The three-course meal begins with a choice of the English pea soup with a lemon crème fraiche and braised bacon, or the spring salad with queso fresco, shaved baby vegetables, candied pepitas, and green goddess dressing. It continues with the roasted prime rib served with boursin mashed potatoes, gravy, grilled asparagus, baked macaroni and cheese, honey glazed carrots, au jus, creamy horseradish, and buttery corn bread. Sweeten the meal with a decadent carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and candied pecans. Curbside orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, for pick up on Sunday, April 9. The special menu is available from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Easter Day. Reservations are not required.

For a casual Easter meal, 360 Sports Palm Springs will offer the lamb burger with flat fries for $18 and $5 mimosas on the holiday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. 

In addition to festive dining specials, the Easter bunny will make an appearance at all three Agua Caliente Casino properties– Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs and Cathedral City – for fun photo opportunities. Easter candy and bead giveaways, plus April’s celebratory Jackpot Hunt will happen throughout the day.
