Virtual Meeting
04/26/2023
From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Strokes affect nearly 800,000 Americans each year, contributing to about 140,000 deaths and forever changing the lives of stroke survivors. To understand stroke, it helps to understand the brain. The brain is responsible for motion, sensation, speech, memory, emotions and major body functions such as breathing and digestion. Join Kathy Cash, BSN, RN, SCRN, Eisenhower Health Stroke Coordinator, to learn the risk factors for stroke and what you can do to prevent a stroke.
This lecture is presented in partnership with the LGBTQ Center of the Desert.
