During the event, a featured aircraft is made available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., allowing visitors to sit in the cockpit and take photos. The museum suggests a donation of $5 for the experience, which also includes a souvenir photo. Moreover, volunteers will be present to answer questions and provide historical context for the aircraft on display, as reported by the news.

Located at 745 N. Gene Autry Trail, the Air Museum operates from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It has been recognized as one of the leading aviation museums globally by CNN Travel, as per Palm Desert. With 91,000 square feet of climate-controlled hangars, the museum offers an extensive collection of aircraft and aviation-related exhibits.
