Celebrate the Dads in your life this Father’s Day on Sunday, June 18 with delicious dining options at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. The award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger have created special menus at Fresh Grill Buffet, The Bistro, and POM.
Enjoy a variety of delicious choices for brunch or dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet. Start off with brunch and enjoy a vast selection of breakfast specialties such as made-to-order omelets, Eggs Benedict, griddle favorites, cheese blintzes, and plenty of tradtional sides like country sausage, Applewood smoked bacon, and biscuits and gravy.
Fresh seafood on ice includes Alaskan snow crab legs, oysters on the half shell, Gulf shrimp cocktail, and New Zealand mussels. The carving board features roast prime rib, maple roasted turkey breast, and honey-glazed Virginia ham.
Chef’s specialties feature ‘Churrasco style’ grilled New York steaks, North Coast seafood cioppino, French chicken breasts studded with local dates, Korean glazed beef ribs and plenty of sides. There will also be a mouthwatering array of Italian, Asian, and Latin specialties.
Fresh salads such as tropical shrimp ceviche with mango and avocado, Greek orzo pasta salad with feta cheese, Creole cole slaw. Soups feature Italian sausage with dumplings and Puebla style menudo.
Dessert features Fantasy Springs’ famous chocolate fountain, huge selection of cakes and patries along with sugar-free selections and much more. Brunch, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Dinner, 3 p.m. – 9 p.m., $44.99, adults; $34.99 kids; children under 3, free.

At POM dine on an 8 oz. blackened filet mignon paired with garlic whipped potatoes, creamed spinach, chimichurri butter sauce and a Cabernet demi-glace.
