Vandalism suspect arrested after investigation by CORE team

On June 11, 2025, the Southwest Sheriff's Station Community Outreach Resource and Engagement (CORE) Team began investigating several reports of graffiti vandalism. These incidents took place at various locations along Temecula Parkway and Patricia Birdsall Park in Temecula.

Another act of vandalism was reported on June 16, 2025, in the 32400 block of Temecula Parkway. The CORE Team identified the suspect as Declan Quinn Ryan, an 18-year-old resident of Temecula.

On June 17, 2025, around 1:00 p.m., a search warrant was executed at Ryan's residence. He was arrested without incident and charged with felony vandalism.
