THE SPA AT SÉC-HE in Palm Springs received an ISPA Innovate Award at the 2025 International SPA Association (ISPA) Conference. The awards honor spas for introducing new philanthropic partnerships, retail programs, spa experiences, operational improvements, and renovations during the past year. They also highlight achievements by ISPA resource partner members.
Daniel Spencer, Director of Spa at THE SPA AT SÉC-HE, accepted the award on behalf of the spa. The recognized initiatives included the 4D Nature VR Immersion Body Wrap and the Earthing Zone: Integrated Acoustic Vibrations VR Grounding Healing Lounge. The 4D Nature VR Immersion Body Wrap offers a sensory experience using sound, touch, and scent. The Earthing Zone features guided meditations and sounds synchronized with vibration technology.

It earned a Sustainable Spa Award from Green Spa Network in 2023 and a Good Housekeeping Beauty Award as a destination spa for body care in April 2024—the only spa globally to receive this distinction. It also ranked ninth among Best Hot Springs nationwide according to USA Today’s 10Best Awards and was listed as Best of the Best by Palm Springs Life.
