Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. Develop a balance of strength and flexibility while learning to balance your effort and surrender in each pose. Bring your attention to your breath, which helps to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Yoga flow – Guided by the beat of traditional yoga and modern dance, yoga flow begins on the mat with gentle static stretching that allows for greater flexibility and freedom of movement. Flow into a blend of cardio dance elements mixed with guided dynamic strength & conditioning challenges. Incorporating asanas and vinyasa flows to develop core strength and balance, it’s a dance-inspired yoga fitness class that will have you tuned-in, stretching, aligning, and grooving to the beat.

Yoga Fusion is a mixed-method class that will alternate between two different class formats each week, taught by two of our best Yoga instructors. The two different class formats include the following:

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Intensify your yoga poses with a combination of free weights, sequencing, strength training, and cardio. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks.
Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced form of yoga that helps to restore and rejuvenate the mind and body. This clinic is meant for all fitness levels and abilities, with use of props and gentle touch adjustments to aid in deeper relaxation.
