Women in STEAM Career Day was held at The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, focusing on introducing students to women working in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. The event took place in recognition of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science and aimed to connect K–12 students with female professionals through interactive activities and direct conversations.

Participants had the opportunity to meet STEAM Ambassadors from fields such as animal care, conservation, education, engineering, information technology, and accounting. Organizers designed the program to encourage curiosity and help students explore potential future careers.

The event was included with zoo membership or paid admission and took place at the Living Legacy Garden within The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens in Palm Desert.
