Milauskas helped revolutionize cataract surgery in the 1970’s.
He built a respected multi-location Ophthalmic practice in the Palm Springs area that helped improve and protect the vision of tens of thousands of patients.
After the fall of the Soviet Union, he helped introduce modern cataract surgery to Lithuania.
Performed charitable work with free medical services.
