Fit After 50 is a free exercise class for anyone 50 years old and above. Sponsored by the Office on Aging, this class is for all fitness levels. It helps support strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. Classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meeting three times a week allows for the greatest benefits. Equipment is provided, but you might want to bring a towel and bottled water.
