This Thanksgiving, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino invites guests to enjoy a culinary experience on November 28. The resort's Bistro, POM, and Fresh Grill Buffet will each offer special menus crafted by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger and his team.

At Bistro, diners can choose from an à la carte menu that begins with either an arugula and baby kale salad or wild mushroom soup. The main course features roasted turkey with various accompaniments. Dessert includes pumpkin spice cheesecake. Dining hours are from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with reservations recommended.

POM offers a fall-inspired menu starting with a choice of salad or butternut squash bisque. The main dish is roasted tom turkey served with traditional sides. Homemade pumpkin pie is available for dessert. POM's service runs from noon to 11 p.m., and reservations are advised.

The Fresh Grill Buffet provides a wide selection of soups, salads, seafood, and carved meats including maple-roasted turkey breast and slow-roasted prime rib. Diners can also enjoy chef specialties like grilled New York steaks and seafood fra diavolo. A variety of desserts completes the offering at $49.99 for adults and $39.99 for children aged 3-10 years; children under two eat free from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
