Acrisure Arena, a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Palm Desert, has announced the launch of "The Compound," an exclusive VIP upgrade designed to enhance the experience of both concertgoers and sports fans. Situated next to the UBS South Premium Entrance, "The Compound" is an outdoor space offering a novel experience for attendees.

According to a press release published on February 1, "The Compound" can accommodate between 150-200 guests and provides a setting where fans can enjoy various amenities and activities.

John Page, senior vice president of Acrisure Arena and the Coachella Valley Firebirds, said, "The Compound is both a sports and entertainment industry and Coachella Valley first. This unique and exclusive outdoor VIP space creates an enjoyable and intimate environment, putting the fan experience at the forefront of our priorities."

As per the release, several features distinguish "The Compound" from traditional arena experiences. These include access to a fully-stocked bar and customized food options. Beyond the main event, "The Compound" offers additional forms of entertainment such as half-court basketball, pickleball, a nine-hole mini golf course, and bocce ball. The area also features fire pits, patio lights, plush lounge seating, covered dining tables, ceiling fans, heaters, music and large televisions for comfort. Attendees also have access to a merchandise pop-up shop where they can purchase exclusive event merchandise.

However, it's important to note that The Compound experience does not include an event ticket. To gain entry into this VIP area guests must present both their event ticket as well as The Compound ticket. Event tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com while passes for The Compound can be secured via www.acrisurearena.com/The-Compound.

Acrisure Arena is a newly-opened venue in the greater Palm Springs area according to its website. With over 11,000 seats available it hosts concerts and hockey games, serving as the home of the Seattle Kraken’s American Hockey League (AHL) team and the Coachella Valley Firebirds.
