U.S. Rep. Ken Calvert (R-Calif.) has joined in endorsing a military construction and Veterans Affairs appropriations bill that promises growth at the March Air Reserve Base. Calvert contributed to the measure's recent passage in the House with a majority vote of 219 to 211.
